The NDIA is making changes to how they decide if an existing NDIS participant is still eligible for the Scheme. They call this an eligibility reassessment process.
From early 2025, all participants will be given 90 days to provide information to help them understand if your support needs have changed and you no longer meet the eligibility criteria for the Scheme.
As they put things in place to transition to this change to 90 days to provide information, they’ll work with participants currently going through the eligibility reassessment process who need more time to provide information, to identify reasonable timeframes to do so.
