Paraquat is a toxic herbicide linked to increased risk of Parkinson’s. Australia still allows its use, while 70 countries have banned it in the past 30 years.
Parkinson’s Australia has been calling for a national ban since September 2024.
How you can act:

- Talk to your local MP and ask them to support a ban
